bbpEco Glass Hummingbird Feeder with Camera

This is a beautiful glass feeder. A piece of art really. I did have a bit of trouble getting the camera to connect.I have 5g and thanks to Xfinity I am unable to split it so that I have both choices. I changed my wifi setting to 2.4 just while the camera was connecting and then switched it back to 5g when it was done. It didn't cause any issues with my other devices other than I had to unplug Alexa so she could get back on 5g. The app loaded easily and connected to Alexa 8 Home Show so my mother can watch the birds on a larger screen during the day. Mom may start naming them now that she can see their colors up close. We are both very pleased to have this opportunity.

This hummingbird feeder is absolutely gorgeous with the multi-color stained glass design. But beyond being beautiful advancing technology now allows us to take a closer look into these tiny animals lives. Set up is super simple. Quality of this smart feeder is unmatched.

Gifted this for Mom who enjoys sitting outside and getting "visits" from her hummingbirds she feeds. The app connectivity and notifications bring her delight. The blown glass reserve is stunning.

I have a family of hummingbirds that comes to my backyard consistently. I wanted to be able to capture them when they visited. Love that I can see from my phone. Replaced my normal basic bird watcher easily.

I enjoy seeing the birds closeup on my phone! Very entertaining! Great value. I am a bird enthusiast & I can see many different birds. Love this! Thinking of purchasing a couple for gifts.

i was excited to see a hummingbird feeder with a camera finally! i hung this in my front yard since that's where my old feeder was and we got a lot of birds. i bought a cheap S hook and eye bolt to use to hang it with and tapped up the hook so it wasn't metal on glass. the glass bulb unscrews and holds a LOT of liquid, way more than i thought, which is nice. you also get an App Alert that will tell you when it's running low. there are tons of options for local recording (it has a spot for a microSD card), motion alerts (and you can set the zone which to trigger on motion), live view, etc. i also installed the Solar Panel since i don't have easy access to power where it's installed and it keeps the battery charged good.overall i am really happy and once i start getting more birds i'll subscribe to the cloud service for identification!

I wasn’t hesitant at all when purchasing this feeder! I previously purchased the solar bird feeder and we absolutely love it. So when I saw the hummingbird version I just had to get it. Unfortunately, the hummingbirds have migrated South so I will have to update later when they return. The product is heavy duty blown glass and is beautiful, I can’t wait to see the sun hit it. The camera and specs are the same as my other so I know the clarity will be just as clear. The audio is also very clear and I have zero complaints or issues. I haven’t tried the AI identification yet but may sign up with this one. I love that it has a water detection level and that it’s also compatible with Alexa and google.Anxious to see what they come out with next but I’m sure whatever is, I would get it! We love our birds and now we can get up close and personal with them! The last pic is from my other feeder, cloudy day but still cute!

I have purchased and returned several hummingbird camera feeders in the past. They would leak, be poorly designed/constructed and most often not connect to my internet due to very poor apps. I have now found my perfect hummingbird feeder. One that checks off all the boxes for me. Here are things about this feeder that make it the best for me:-Beautiful! The glass reservoir looks great in the sunlight and I am betting it is hand blown and therefore no two are alike. A work of art. Also the camera sits near the perch and is shaped like a bird. What a wonderful idea and attention to detail. The camera moves a bit so you can adjust the angle. Also the cover of the base is made of metal not plastic and is gracefully sculpted, clearly an artistic designer at work. Overall beautiful and nothing like it on the market.-Construction/Design- The glass reservoir is not only beautiful but heavyweight so not excessively fragile, you can handle it. The reservoir has a wide enough opening that makes filling with nectar easy, no need for a funnel. Onto the glass opening is a screw on cap with a white silicone “plug “ that holds the nectar in after filling. The plug has slits in the middle that when all is screwed into the base opens and allows nectar into the base for the hungry hummers to access. Compared to other feeders arrangement makes refilling and cleaning easy with minimal drops of nectar spilt. Once assembled there were no leaks. All materials used from thick plastic base to metal base cover to thick glass reservoir are high quality and fit perfectly together. There is even a sensor that sends message that nectar is low or needs replacing. Top marks for excellent design, engineering and quality materials.-The APP- I am not good with this but even I had this up and running in less than 10 minutes. Loading the app on phone, easy. Connecting to internet/wifi, easy. I was looking at pictures sent by camera to my phone in minutes. Made me think of one I returned that I spent hours on and never connected. Frankly I was shocked how easy it was and more shocked that even I could do it. I have feeder on my deck about 50 feet from my router and it is working great.-Presentation- All parts come neatly packed and are easy to assemble. It comes with 9 feeding port flowers, two hanging hooks with one being an ant moat and a cleaning brush. AND the one I ordered has a solar panel which I haven’t installed yet but will be a huge convenience. Though it only took me 3 hours to charge the camera via the included charging cord. You do need to have the adapter that fits into socket though.After months of trying other brands and returning them, I have now found my perfect feeder. I think manufacturer listened to customers and built a terrific product at a very competitive price. I highly recommend.
