If it’s during the active hummingbird season, they typically discover your feeder within 3 to 7 days. Hummingbirds are particularly attracted to red, and our glass bottle and camera housing are both red, helping to draw them in more quickly. We hope you enjoy our design!

Is it easy to clean the feeder?

To clean your glass bird feeder, first remove any leftover sugar water. Use the included brush to gently scrub the interior and exterior with warm, soapy water—avoid using high temperatures. Rinse the feeder thoroughly to remove any soap residue. The camera is waterproof and can be rinsed, but do not soak it. Allow everything to dry completely before refilling. Regular cleaning ensures a safe feeding environment for your feathered friends!

How do I share the device with my family?

bbpEco supports sharing the device to multiple family members, you can first "Enter the device", click on the device settings in the top right corner of the live screen, and then select "Share Device" in order to share it to your family.

How do I connect my bbpEco feeder?

Connect your phone or tablet to a 2.4GHz WIFI network.
Download our app on your phone or tablet and register an account.
Click “+” on the top right corner of the app homepage to add a device and follow the instructions to configure the network for the camera.

Does it have local storage?

Yes, bbpEco offers permanent free 3-day rolling cloud storage and also supports insertion of TF cards up to 128G.
