Yes. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via service@bbpeco.com.

We are collaborate with Fedex, USPS, UPS and Amazon Logistics, your order will be shipped by one of the carrier subject to your address.

We process most orders within 1-2 business day, and delivery typically takes 5-8 days within the US. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

We offer both “Economy” and “Standard” delivery options. If you need expedited delivery, please select “Standard” at the checkout and you will need to pay an additional $12 for it. Please refer to Shipping Policy.

If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons, such returns are accepted, but the customer will bear the cost of return shipping (the specific amount will be determined by the actual courier company used). We will not charge any restocking fees or handling charges.

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your package. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. It can take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't receive the refund for a long time after the confirmation email, please check with your bank.

bbpEco provides a one-year warranty and lifetime service to all users from the date of purchase.
