If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an Exchange or Return. We offer a 30-day return policy, please contact Customer Service via email service@bbpeco.com.

How to Initiate a Return

To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing service@bbpeco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
● Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Please send the package back to us within 10 days. To ensure your request is accepted, make sure the package includes all the original accessories.
● After you send the package back, please provide us with the tracking number via email. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
● Once the refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that any additional shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
● Please remember it can take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't receive the refund for a long time after the confirmation email, please check with your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons, such returns are accepted, but the customer will bear the cost of return shipping (the specific amount will be determined by the actual courier company used). We will not charge any restocking fees or handling charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we will replace it for you at no cost.

Your item is considered damaged if:
● the product itself is damaged and doesn’t comply with its description upon arrival;
● the damage was caused during transit;
The product is presumed to be undamaged if:
● it complies with the product description;
● it is fit for its intended purpose;
● the damage is due to your misuse of the product or any alterations to the product;
● it exhibits the quality and performance as described in any public statements on the specific characteristics (that is, in advertising or on labeling).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Overview

bbpEco provides a one-year warranty and lifetime service to all users from the date of purchase. Please note, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. 

For repairs or replacements, bbpEco reserves the right to use new or refurbished products or components at its discretion. If the product or component is no longer available, we may replace it with the closest available model that matches the original in appearance, function, and performance at our discretion.
