Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing bbpEco products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, bbpEco offers a one-year warranty and lifetime service from the date of purchase. Please carefully read the following warranty terms:

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period for bbpEco products is one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide repair or replacement services free of charge.

2. Warranty Coverage

  1. Original Purchaser Only: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Any transfer, resale, or gifting of the product will void the warranty.
  2. Product Defects: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered by the warranty:
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents;
    • Malfunction or damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s operating instructions;
    • Any damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product;
    • Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic deterioration that does not affect product functionality.

3. Warranty Service

  1. Repair and Replacement: During the warranty period, if the product or its components are found to be defective, bbpEco will, at its discretion, take the following actions:
    • Repair: Repair the defective product or component to restore normal functionality;
    • Replacement: If the product or component cannot be repaired, bbpEco reserves the right to replace it with new or refurbished products or components.
  2. Substitute Model: If the original product or component is discontinued or out of stock, bbpEco reserves the right to replace it with the closest available model. The substitute product will match the original in appearance, function, and performance as closely as possible.

4. Warranty Service Process

  1. Contact bbpEco Customer Support: If your product fails, please contact bbpEco customer support with proof of purchase, product model, and a description of the issue.
  2. Product Inspection and Diagnosis: After confirming the warranty’s validity, our technical team will inspect and diagnose the product to determine if it meets the warranty conditions.
  3. Repair or Replacement: For products that qualify under the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement as soon as possible. The repaired or replaced product will carry either the remaining original warranty period or a three (3) month warranty from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

Any other warranties, whether express or implied (including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bbpEco be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product.

6. Governing Law

These warranty terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where you reside.
